As outlined in the plan, the Talent Management suite supports one of the district's top-line goals: strategic management of human resources. With nearly 200 schools, including traditional, magnet, charter and pathways schools, DPS serves over 84,000 students. It has become the fastest-growing urban school district in the country, and DPS is posting the fastest student academic growth among large school districts in Colorado.
